State Launches $3 Million Going PRO Skilled Trades Marketing Campaign

CAMC was on hand for the recent launch of Going PRO in Michigan, one of the nation's most ambitious statewide campaigns promoting the importance of Professional Trades careers.


Going PRO is designed to help Michigan employers fill an estimated 545,000 jobs coming open through 2026, mostly in the highly skilled fields of construction, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive and information technology. The Going PRO initiative includes a $3 million statewide marketing campaign designed to get the word out that there are great jobs available right now in the skilled trades, especially in advanced manufacturing.
